Seeking Treasury Operations (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Treasury Operations professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and a keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of financial processes and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily cash positions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Support the execution of treasury transactions, such as payments, receipts, and intercompany settlements.
- Contribute to the optimization of banking relationships and services.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, performance, and compliance for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A) to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within treasury operations, leveraging design thinking principles.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
