Job Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TradeIndia. This role is crucial in enhancing the user experience of our B2B marketplace, ensuring intuitive navigation and visually appealing interfaces for our diverse user base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in technology and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to optimize the user experience.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
