Role Summary: We are looking for a qualified Unani Physician with 2-3 years of experience, possessing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, to join our corporate wellness team. This role will involve providing holistic health consultations and wellness programs within our IT services environment, leveraging your expertise in Unani medicine and your analytical skills developed through your MCA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and provide consultations to employees based on Unani principles.
- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans, including diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies.
- Educate employees on preventive healthcare and the benefits of Unani medicine.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a healthy work environment.
- Utilize data analysis skills (from MCA background) to track health trends and measure program effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in Unani medicine and integrate them into practice.
- Organize and conduct workshops and awareness sessions on various health topics.
