Seeking User Researcher (0-1 Yrs) for a Manufacturing Major

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented User Researcher with a background in LLB to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to understanding user needs and behaviors within the manufacturing and production context, leveraging your legal acumen to interpret user feedback and identify potential compliance or ethical considerations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and conducting user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, with a focus on end-users of manufacturing products and services.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points, needs, and preferences.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product and process improvements.
- Document research methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and legal departments, to integrate user feedback into product development.
- Review user feedback and product interactions for potential legal or compliance implications, providing initial assessments based on your LLB knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research and manufacturing.
