Seeking Vice Principal (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and legally astute Vice Principal with 2-3 years of experience, holding an LLB degree, to join our team in Thane. The Vice Principal will play a key role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the organization, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the Indian Railways sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of institutional policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
- Provide legal support and guidance on matters related to employment law, contract management, and compliance within the Indian Railways context.
- Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and correspondence as required.
- Support the Principal in managing disciplinary proceedings and grievance redressal, ensuring fair and lawful processes.
- Liaise with legal counsel and external agencies on various legal matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and advise management on their implications.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
