Seeking Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Visiting Faculty/Guest Faculty member to join our Chandigarh branch. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services domain who possess practical insights and can effectively impart knowledge to our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services and the ability to train individuals with varying educational backgrounds, including those without a formal graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various financial services topics, including but not limited to insurance, loans, and investment basics.
- Develop and update training materials to align with current industry trends and company policies.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and case studies.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt training methodologies to suit learners with diverse educational backgrounds, including those without a graduation degree.
- Share real-world examples and practical insights from the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with the HR and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and market dynamics.
