Seeking Visual Designer (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably holding an LLB degree, to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts, user interfaces, and graphics that align with our brand identity and product strategy. This role requires a unique blend of design acumen and an understanding of legal frameworks, particularly concerning intellectual property, compliance, and user experience within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, user interfaces, and marketing collateral for digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to translate complex technical and legal requirements into intuitive and engaging visual designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and relevant legal compliance requirements.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, as well as emerging legal considerations in technology and intellectual property.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Interpret and apply legal principles related to design, such as copyright, trademarks, and licensing, to ensure compliance and protection of intellectual property.
