Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wireless Network Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role will involve supporting and optimizing our corporate wireless network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting wireless solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of wireless network devices (e.g., Access Points, Controllers).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues.
- Implement and enforce wireless security policies and protocols.
- Support the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend optimal placement for wireless access points.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
- Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
