Job Description
Role Summary: The SEM / PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for Starbucks' digital initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of paid search platforms, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant paid search platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and impression share.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the SEM landscape.
