SEM / PPC Specialist

Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a motivated and analytical SEM / PPC Specialist with 3-6 years of experience to join our marketing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree who possesses a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a proven track record in managing successful paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEM/PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility within the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM/PPC strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine campaign targeting.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, analyzing key metrics and generating insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in SEM/PPC and the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements based on PPC performance data and user behavior.
