SEM / PPC Specialist role in Retail (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated SEM / PPC Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic retail team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for driving online visibility and sales through effective management of paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of digital marketing principles, combined with a scientific background (M.Pharma), to optimize campaigns for our diverse product range, focusing on health and wellness products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our paid search strategy across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEM/PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.

Manage daily bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal campaign performance and efficient spend.

Create compelling ad copy and landing pages, collaborating with design and content teams for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, PPC, and the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the healthcare and retail sectors.

Apply analytical skills honed through an M.Pharma background to understand product performance metrics and consumer behavior in the pharmaceutical retail space.
