Senior Advertising Sales - Manufacturing & Production Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Advertising Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by identifying and securing advertising opportunities within the manufacturing and production sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve advertising revenue targets for L&T's manufacturing and production-related publications and digital platforms.
- Identify and prospect new advertising clients within the manufacturing and production industry, including SMEs and large corporations.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Present and pitch advertising proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and ROI.
- Negotiate advertising contracts, terms, and rates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the manufacturing and production advertising space.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
