Role Summary: The Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the company's general insurance programs within the Indian subsidiary. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies, claims management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance specific to the Indian insurance landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all general insurance policies (e.g., property, liability, marine, motor) for Syngene India operations.
Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to ensure adequate coverage and competitive premiums.
Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential insurance gaps or areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all Indian insurance regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners.
Assist in the preparation of insurance budgets and financial reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the Indian insurance market.
