Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Senior Assessment / Advisory professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Import & Export division in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves conducting in-depth assessments and providing expert advisory services related to complex import and export operations, trade regulations, and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic global trade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current import/export processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for strategic improvement.

Provide expert advisory services on international trade regulations, compliance, customs procedures, and trade policy implications.

Analyze global market trends, geopolitical factors, and economic indicators impacting import and export activities.

Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for trade operations, including supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes.

Utilize advanced statistical and qualitative research methodologies to support assessments and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, logistics, and finance, to develop integrated solutions.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in international trade and supply chain management.
