Senior Asset Operations Associate - Finance & Administration

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Asset Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management and operational integrity of our company's assets, with a strong focus on financial and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and financial reporting principles, leveraging their B.Com background to contribute significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations related to the company's physical and financial assets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal records.

Conduct regular physical verification of assets and reconcile with financial records.

Assist in the preparation of asset-related financial reports and analysis for management.

Support in the implementation and enforcement of asset management policies and procedures.

Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure optimal asset utilization and cost-effectiveness.

Manage asset insurance and compliance with relevant regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in asset operations.
