Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Audit & Control professional with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Kolkata-based team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks within the dynamic gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits of gaming operations, IT systems, and financial processes to identify control weaknesses and non-compliance.
- Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures tailored to the gaming sector.
- Assess risks associated with new game launches, platform updates, and third-party vendor engagements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations) to implement control enhancements and remediation plans.
- Stay abreast of evolving gaming industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in audit and control.
- Perform data analytics to identify anomalies, trends, and potential fraud indicators.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's risk management framework.
