Senior Channel Partner / Client Relations - Gems & Jewellery Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven Senior Channel Partner / Client Relations professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and strengthening our relationships with key partners and high-net-worth clients within the Gems & Jewellery sector. You will leverage your advanced research and strategic thinking capabilities to identify new partnership opportunities, manage existing relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners across India.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless partner and client experience.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and service level agreements.

Manage and resolve client and partner issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Prepare and present reports on partner performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
