Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Cluster / Hub Manager to oversee and optimize operations within a designated geographical cluster or hub for our insurance business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills to drive performance, ensure operational efficiency, and foster growth. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve cluster/hub sales and operational targets.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability of the cluster/hub.
