Senior Deck Fitter / Welder role in Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deck Fitter / Welder with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a proven track record in fitting and welding operations, particularly within the agricultural machinery or related heavy engineering sectors. This role involves ensuring the structural integrity and quality of fabricated components for our advanced agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise fitting and assembly of metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Execute high-quality welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, Arc) on various materials and thicknesses, ensuring structural soundness and aesthetic finish.

Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints and fabricated structures to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding procedures.

Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace guidelines.
