This role will be instrumental in driving advancements and strategic initiatives within our food and beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research and development in food science, beverage technology, and hospitality service innovation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new product development opportunities and optimize existing offerings.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for sourcing, production, and quality control of food and beverage products.
- Oversee and contribute to the formulation of new recipes, menu engineering, and beverage pairings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to launch new products and initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
