Senior Head - Customer Success role in Chemicals

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Customer Success to lead our customer engagement strategies within the Indian chemicals sector. This role is crucial for driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth by ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our product and service offerings. You will be instrumental in building strong, long-term relationships with our corporate clients in Ahmedabad and across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer success strategies aligned with business objectives for the chemicals industry.

Lead a team of customer success managers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Proactively engage with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and success metrics.

Drive adoption and utilization of UPL's chemical solutions, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement retention strategies.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and areas for strategic improvement.

Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian chemicals market and competitive landscape.
