Senior Head - DevOps role in Legal

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Head - DevOps to join our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree, looking to contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our technology infrastructure within the legal domain. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining robust DevOps practices to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Automate and streamline software development, deployment, and operations processes.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.

Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of our infrastructure.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ensure security best practices are followed.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents.
