Senior Head - F&B role in Architecture / Interior Design (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Head - F&B to lead and manage all food and beverage operations within our prestigious architectural and interior design projects in Mumbai. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of F&B concepts, operational excellence, and the ability to integrate F&B experiences seamlessly into large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and have 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies aligned with the group's vision and project specific requirements.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of F&B outlets within new and existing developments, ensuring compliance with architectural and interior design aesthetics.
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including staff management, inventory control, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by optimizing menu offerings, pricing strategies, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate closely with architectural, interior design, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of F&B spaces.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Ensure all F&B operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for F&B departments, controlling costs and maximizing financial performance.
- Train and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
