We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Head - Quality to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our consumer electronics and appliances product lines. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control strategies and procedures for manufacturing processes and finished goods.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including product testing, inspection, and validation, to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into product design and development.
Manage supplier quality and conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and certifications.
