Senior Human Resources - Other - Analytics / KPO / Research

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and a background in MCA, enabling them to leverage technology for HR processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within our Analytics / KPO / Research division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a focus on technical roles relevant to the Analytics and KPO sectors.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support in performance management cycles, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data using HRIS systems.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging analytical skills developed through an MCA degree to improve HR processes and reporting.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support on HR-related queries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide HR solutions.
