Senior Leisure / Casino Manager role in Real Estate (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Leisure / Casino Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to oversee and enhance the leisure and entertainment offerings within our premium real estate developments in Nagpur. This role involves managing all aspects of casino operations, entertainment venues, and associated amenities to ensure a world-class guest experience and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality and entertainment industry, coupled with strategic business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for leisure and casino operations to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations of the casino, including gaming floor management, table games, slot machines, and customer service.
- Manage and coordinate entertainment programs, events, and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue forecasting for the leisure and casino division.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of casino and leisure staff.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patrons, VIP clients, and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce responsible gaming policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
