Senior Manager - Corporate Lending

Role Summary: The Senior Manager - Corporate Lending will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients within the manufacturing and production sector. This role involves assessing creditworthiness, structuring complex financing solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support L&T's diverse manufacturing operations and supply chain financing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients in the manufacturing and production industry.
• Manage and monitor an existing portfolio of corporate loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including credit risk assessment, cash flow projections, and industry analysis.
• Structure and negotiate loan agreements, covenants, and collateral arrangements for complex financing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their evolving financial needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk management, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of lending processes.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions impacting the manufacturing sector.
• Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval.
