Senior Manager - Insolvency & Bankruptcy Proceedings

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings for our Indian operations. This role will be critical in navigating complex legal and financial landscapes, ensuring compliance, and protecting the company's interests during distressed situations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, and extensive experience in corporate restructuring and debt resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, from initiation to resolution, in compliance with the IBC, 2016.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for debt resolution, corporate restructuring, and turnaround initiatives.
• Liaise with legal counsel, financial advisors, insolvency professionals, and regulatory bodies (e.g., NCLT, IBBI).
• Manage creditor committees, stakeholder negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and valuation exercises relevant to distressed assets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and legal documentation to senior management and relevant authorities.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the proceedings.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with insolvency and bankruptcy scenarios.
