Senior Network Engineer (Captain/Commander)

Role Summary: As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures for our global clients. You will lead critical network projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You will be the 'Captain' of our network operations, guiding us through challenges and ensuring smooth sailing of all network-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center Networks).
- Lead the planning and execution of network upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues, minimizing downtime.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network requirements are met for new projects and services.
- Mentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Manage network performance monitoring, analysis, and capacity planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Act as a primary point of contact for critical network incidents and stakeholder communication.
