Senior NLP/DL Engineer - Telecom AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NLP/DL Engineer or Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning models for our telecom and ISP applications. You will tackle challenging problems related to network anomaly detection, customer sentiment analysis, intelligent routing, and predictive maintenance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the AI strategy and technical direction of a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of NLP and DL solutions for telecom/ISP use cases.
• Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs) for text understanding, generation, and classification.
• Build robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to define AI requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall AI/ML strategy.

Qualifications:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in NLP and Deep Learning.
• Proven experience with major DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts (e.g., tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, sequence-to-sequence models).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent programming skills in Python.
• Experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
