Senior Pediatric Surgeon - Beauty & Personal Care Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Pediatric Surgeon with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role focuses on applying design thinking and research methodologies to enhance the safety, user experience, and efficacy of pediatric products within the beauty and personal care sector. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical understanding and product development, ensuring our offerings are not only effective but also child-friendly and meet the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research with children, parents, and caregivers to understand specific needs and challenges in pediatric personal care.
- Translate research findings into actionable design insights and product development recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
- Develop innovative product concepts, prototypes, and user journey maps tailored for pediatric applications.
- Ensure all product designs adhere to stringent safety regulations and industry best practices for children's products.
- Evaluate existing product lines for potential safety concerns or areas for user experience improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in pediatric healthcare, design, and the beauty & personal care industry.
