Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Purser / First Purser with a Doctorate/PhD to oversee and manage the comprehensive facility management operations for our esteemed clients in Kolkata. This role demands exceptional leadership, analytical prowess, and a strategic approach to ensure optimal service delivery, cost-efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background to drive innovation and best practices within the facility management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic facility management plans aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
Oversee all day-to-day operations, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for facility operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Utilize advanced analytical skills and research methodologies (leveraging PhD background) to identify trends, assess risks, and propose data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their facility management needs are met with exceptional service.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, reporting, and compliance with corporate policies and client-specific requirements.
Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices within facility management to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
