Senior Quality Assurance - Other - Furniture & Furnishing

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced quality control strategies, conducting rigorous testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and protocols for furniture and furnishing products, utilizing advanced statistical methods and research principles.

Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Lead and participate in research initiatives to identify emerging quality trends and potential risks in material science, manufacturing processes, and product design.

Design and execute complex testing methodologies, including material durability, structural integrity, and aesthetic consistency, to meet stringent quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure quality is integrated from concept to final product.

Maintain and improve quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.

Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
