We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Russian Teacher to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for facilitating communication and understanding with our international partners and stakeholders in the Metals & Mining sector. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Russian language training programs tailored to the needs of professionals in the Metals & Mining industry.
- Create engaging lesson plans, exercises, and assessment materials.
- Conduct interactive classes, focusing on business vocabulary, industry-specific terminology, and cultural nuances relevant to Russia.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
