Senior Service Delivery - Other - Telecom / ISP

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Service Delivery professional to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of services to our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for a range of telecom and ISP services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational excellence.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network operations, technical support, sales, and customer service to resolve service-related issues and implement service improvements.

Develop and maintain service delivery documentation, processes, and best practices.

Proactively identify potential service disruptions and implement preventative measures.

Analyze service performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Act as a point of escalation for complex service delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and customer experience.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
