Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, considering legal and ethical guidelines.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and compliance with advertising standards.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, that resonates with our target audience and adheres to legal requirements regarding content dissemination.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations, with a particular focus on regulatory changes impacting digital communication.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and translate data into actionable strategies for improvement, ensuring all activities comply with data privacy laws.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and manage online reputation, escalating any legal or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and consistent messaging.
• Advise on social media policies and best practices, ensuring adherence to all relevant Indian laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection and telecommunications.
