Senior Sports Agent - Printing & Publishing Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sports Agent with 3-5 years of experience, possessing an M.Tech degree, to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing sports talent within the context of our printing and publishing business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the sports industry, coupled with the ability to leverage this expertise for corporate partnerships and brand development within the publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and scout emerging sports talent relevant to corporate branding and promotional activities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for athlete representation, including contract negotiation and management.
- Liaise with sports federations, clubs, and event organizers to secure opportunities for sponsored content and publishing collaborations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring athlete satisfaction and career progression.
- Analyze market trends in sports and publishing to identify new business opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals for sports-related publishing projects and marketing campaigns.
