Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Consultant to join our dynamic retail operations team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a B.Pharma graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical retail sector. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to strategic initiatives within our pharmacy retail division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current retail pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Support the implementation of new retail technologies and systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy staff, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
