Senior Training Specialist - Learning & Development (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This role is crucial for enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, particularly those within our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to understand complex processes and translate them into effective training programs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules tailored for corporate employees, focusing on operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance within the logistics and courier industry.

Leverage a B.Pharma background to analyze and interpret technical information, scientific concepts, or regulatory requirements relevant to specific business units and translate them into easily understandable training content.

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.

Facilitate workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.

Maintain training records and documentation.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and departmental heads to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
