We are seeking a highly qualified and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong academic background, including a Doctorate/PhD, to join our team in Kochi. This role involves translating complex user needs and business requirements within the petrochemical and plastics industry into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage their research-driven approach and design expertise to enhance our internal and external digital platforms, ensuring optimal user engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research, including ethnographic studies and persona development, to understand the needs of diverse user groups within the petrochemical sector.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, with a focus on complex industrial interfaces.
• Apply a rigorous, research-based approach to design solutions that are not only user-friendly but also technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and technologies, particularly those relevant to industrial and enterprise applications.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
