Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and creatively driven UI/UX professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced research skills and understanding of user behavior to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our beauty and personal care platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital products, ensuring they meet the complex needs of our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth user research, including ethnographic studies, surveys, and A/B testing, to uncover user needs and pain points, particularly within the context of beauty and personal care.
Translate complex research findings and theoretical concepts into actionable design insights and user-centric solutions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, and the beauty industry.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.
