Role Summary: The Service Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations, managing customer and restaurant partner relationships, and resolving any issues that arise during the delivery process. • Handle customer complaints and issues related to deliveries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.

• Collaborate with restaurant partners to ensure smooth order processing and pickup.

• Maintain accurate records of delivery operations and performance.
