Service Delivery Associate

Role Summary: The Service Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our power generation assets, focusing on service delivery excellence. This role involves coordinating with various teams to meet performance targets and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets and identify any deviations from expected output.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, including energy generation, availability, and downtime.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including site personnel, management, and external vendors, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of asset upgrades and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all service delivery activities and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
