Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Service Delivery Associate with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of services within our Defence & Aerospace operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and research expertise to optimize service processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to strategic service improvements. This position requires a unique blend of technical acumen, analytical prowess, and strong interpersonal skills, suitable for individuals with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for assigned projects and programs within the Defence & Aerospace domain.
• Analyze complex service requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify service delivery bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions and best practices to improve service quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and operations, to ensure timely and successful service execution.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and addressing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve critical service delivery issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of new service offerings based on market trends and technological advancements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on service delivery metrics, performance, and recommendations for senior management.
