Service Delivery Leader

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Leader to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of hardware and networking solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality, while leading a team of technical professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, service management frameworks, and client relationship management within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Manage client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for service-related escalations and inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively for the service delivery function.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client onboarding.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in hardware and networking.
