Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Leader with a foundational understanding of legal principles to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to kickstart their career in service delivery management within the IT and consulting sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients, working closely with internal teams and adhering to established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
Liaise between clients and internal teams to communicate project status, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
Support the development and implementation of service delivery processes and procedures.
Maintain service delivery documentation and reports.
Gain understanding of contractual obligations and ensure compliance.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Develop foundational knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
