Service Delivery Manager

Role Summary: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service delivery operations for our consumer electronics and appliances division in India. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery, manage customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage and lead a team of service engineers and support staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Oversee the entire service lifecycle, from initial customer contact to issue resolution and follow-up.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in service delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Manage service budgets and control operational costs.

Provide regular reports on service performance to senior management.
