Service Delivery Manager - Advertising & Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Advertising & Marketing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients, focusing on optimizing performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services within the advertising and marketing domain, ensuring alignment with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop and implement service delivery strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Manage and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, technology) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Manage resource allocation and operational budgets to optimize service delivery costs.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
