• Develop and implement service delivery strategies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agronomists, and channel partners.
• Oversee the training and support of field teams responsible for service delivery.
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
• Analyze service delivery data to generate insights and reports for management.
