Service Delivery Manager - Biotechnology Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services related to our diagnostic and research projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with company goals and client requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, quality assurance) to ensure seamless service execution.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery status to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
